I come from here.

Here is my home, my family, my cosy fireplace, my shelter, and the place, where I heard and spoke the first word…

And the earth is mine, my skies, my rivers and lakes, my low hills, my trees, my birds and the harmony of their songs.

Here are the hill forts mounded by my tribes, here the parents of my parents had lived and my people still live.

Here my bread ripens, saturated with the most beautiful songs, tales and legends, adorned with ornaments of cloths, studded with suns of the crosses.

Here my heart sings.

Here is the centre of my world.

I come from here. Here is my Home. Our Home. Our Motherland.
